Project Description: Rice Street Shoppes is currently under construction and when completed this summer, will consist of 6,300 square foot retail located off of Highway 36 and Rice Street in Maplewood. This project will be anchored by Tim Horton’s on a pad site in front of Cub Foods. The center boasts dense demographics, high traffic counts, and is a great infill location. The project opens in June, 2017.

Project Description: The Rosedale Shoppes property is extremely well located at the high traffic intersection of Fairview Ave and Hwy 36 in Roseville across from the Rosedale Mall entrance. The property benefits from excellent visibility to Hwy 36 traffic. This 13,500 square foot property was acquired with the intent to reposition the property with an extensive remodeling and re-tenanting effort. People’s Bank will soon be joining the tenant line-up with other announcements to follow shortly.

Project Description: Lake Jonathan Flats is a luxury apartment project with 117 residential units. The property is well located near the intersection of Pioneer Trail and highway 41 on the shores of beautiful Lake Jonathan. Construction is planned to begin in the fall of 2016 with occupancy in late 2017.

Project Description:Ridgedale Shoppes involves the redevelopment of the TCF Bank property located near the high profile location of Plymouth Road and I-394 at the main entrance into Ridgedale Mall in Minnetonka. This redevelopment will include a new TFC Bank branch attached to approximately 8,000 square feet of new upscale retail space.

Project Description: Cliff Plaza was acquired in the fall of 2015. The center is located in the high traffic retail corridor along Cliff Road in Eagan, MN and is situated between Cedar and I-35E. The site was acquired with a plan to redevelop the 15,674 SF center. Plans call for a new façade and re-tenanting the center with high profile restaurants and retail uses. Construction will begin in the spring of 2016 with a planned opening this summer. Leasing is underway with up to 6000 SF available.

Project Description: Chanhassen Shoppes is an existing 10,000 square foot shopping center located at the high traffic intersection of Highway 5 and Great Plains Boulevard in the heart of Chanhassen’s retail district. This center was acquired with the original plans to perform a major remodeling in concert with upgrading the tenant mix of the center. After significant interest from many tenants, Solomon has decided to completely redevelop the center into a freestanding Chick-Fil-A.
