Project Description: Park Place on France is a specialty retail center containing 35,000 square feet anchored by Walgreen’s. This urban redevelopment project is located at the high-traffic intersection of France Avenue and Old Shakopee Road in West Bloomington. The project opened in early 2016 and is anchored by Willy McCoy’s.
